Join members of the Sioux City Camera Club for an informative and fun photography lesson. Choose to attend some or all of six Saturday sessions, each on a different topic.
Camera Club photographers will teach you how to take better photos using your adjustable digital camera. Increase your knowledge of photography, equipment and techniques, and gain practical experience using your own camera.
After the photography lecture, Camera Club members will escort students as they practice the photography techniques on the Western Iowa Tech campus. At the next session, students’ photos can be displayed and reviewed as a group.
During the final session, students will show their best work. Images may be selected for printing and displaying on the gallery wall at WIT. Free memberships to the Sioux City Camera Club will be given to qualifying students.
Bring your digital camera, a fully charged battery, space on your memory card, and a thumb drive with your photo homework assignments.
