The Comet Learning Center, located in the Learning Achievement Center provides drop-in tutoring services in various subject areas. No appointment is necessary. Individual tutor schedules are posted each semester. The Comet Learning Center employs both peer and professional tutors. Tutoring services are offered free of charge to students. Middle school and high school students not enrolled at WITCC need to have signed waiver prior to getting assistance, but are welcome after their school district hours on our site until close.

Cherokee and Denison
Academic tutoring is available via Zoom. Schedule your appointment by emailing clc@witcc.edu. We will connect you with an individual coach for your subject area at a date and time that works for you both.
Computer Set-up/Cengage Set-up
After picking up your laptop from IT, please stop by the Comet Learning Center (CLC) located in the Sioux City campus library. We will help get your set-up completed and Cengage set up for the spring term. We are here to assist you in making the technology you receive work for you. Printing, Zoom, Canvas, Cengage whatever problem you have, we will help you resolve it.
