Computer Support Technician | Dipl

This program prepares you to perform a wide range of computer PC troubleshooting and maintenance. You will also be trained to perform entry-level LAN network troubleshooting, diagnosis, network monitoring, and maintenance of LAN networks. You also receive hands-on training with various computer applications and hardware.

Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
