This program assists those who have little or no current office skills or have acquired employment but need additional training. It will develop skills for entry-level office employment by concentrating on those areas of study that you will need to be employed in an office. Because technology plays a big role in the future growth of administrative-support occupations, several computer-based courses will be offered as part of the certificate. Once the certificate program is completed, you are encouraged to go into the Administrative Office Support diploma program and then continue into the Administrative Office Management AAS degree program.
