How to Enroll

To enroll in the program, attend an orientation class in Cherokee. Orientation is approximately three hours long. Students under the age 19 of will need to come in prior to orientation to fill out additional paperwork. After orientation, you will attend a class session.

Orientation and Class Dates

Orientation times are 5pm or 6:30pm for all dates.
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday 5 - 8pm.
Online orientations and classes offered by request June - July.

Spring Session 1 January 10 and 12 January 10 - March 3

There is no cost to take the HSED class. However, students will be required to purchase textbooks. The books are available through the WITCC bookstore and range in price from $17 - $40. Students will also need to pay for the HiSET exam at the end of the class. The cost of the HiSET exam is $53.75. Financial assistance is available for students who are unable to pay for the testing fee and books. Speak with your teacher about obtaining a voucher.
