Western Iowa Tech Community College (WITCC) Board Policy No. 400.2 states "The President shall recommend, for Board approval, a designated Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (AA/EEO), who shall also serve as coordinator for Title IX, Title VI, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Section 504 compliance." 

The Western Iowa Tech Community College Board of Directors approves and designates Jackie Plendl as the Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (AA/EEO), and Coordinator for Title IX, Title VI, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Section 504 compliance.
